What a beautifully written story that will pull all your emotions out and sympathize with these characters. I’m sure this book will help at least one victim become a survivor.

I read the whole book in a day and a half. I’m completely hooked on the series and I literally balled my eyes out at most parts. The ending just makes me want to hear more!

This book was shown to me by a good friend of mine in the 6th grade. We both loved to read and wanted something good, and we found this book. It was instantly engaging, from the very first sentence. We were only 6th graders, so skipped over the parts that we called ‘mushy moments’ which were normally not exactly for kids to read. Now I’m in 7th grade and I still think we should have waited to read this book. Even though it is extremely well written. I love this book and all the ones after it. To anyone that wants a book for the middle grades, though, I recommend the ‘Gone’ series. All in all, this book was a very good read and I don’t retreat reading it, even if it’s a little too mature for me.
